Everyone must stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
You should only leave the house for very limited purposes:
Important - These reasons are exceptions – even when doing these activities, you should be minimising time spent outside of the home and ensuring you are 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household.
There is separate advice about staying at home if:
Do not leave your home if you have either:
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home.
Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
Important - Call 111 for advice if you're worried about a baby or child.
If they seem very unwell, are getting worse or you think there's something seriously wrong, call 999.
Do not delay getting help if you're worried. Trust your instincts.
Use the quick NHS coronavirus status checker to tell us about your current experience of the virus.
This will help the NHS plan its response to coronavirus by showing where the virus is spreading and how it affects people.

To book an appointment you can use our Online Services or telephone and speak with our receptionists. Our normal doctor appointments are 10 minutes long.
To make an appointment please use our Online Services or call after 9.00am on 020 8756 4388
Urgent appointments are seen on the day and should be requested as early as possible. Please note that patients will not always be able to see their preferred GP as they may not hold surgeries every day or they may be absent from the practice e.g. on annual leave
These will be seen as soon as possible. Please ring and speak to the receptionist and make it clear that your case is urgent and that you need to see the doctor.
If you arrive more than ten minutes late you will not be seen and will be required to book another appointment.
These are reserved for patients who are genuinely too ill to come to the surgery or are house bound.
Requests should be made before 10am.
Lack of transportation, social convenience, being drunk, not having enough money, not having a babysitter, are not valid reasons for a visit.
Moreover, a thorough examination is not possible in a home.
You can book to have telephone consultation with a doctor rather than make an appointment.
Contact reception who will arrange for the doctor to call you back later in the day.
We are very happy to report that our patients now have an even wider access to GP and nurse appointments. Subject to availability we can offer appointments evenings Mon-Fri 6.30pm-8.00pm and weekends 8am-8pm. The service is provided by the Hillingdon Primary Care Confederation and is shared between three GP ACCESS HUB locations across Hillingdon (HESA centre, Hayes, Uxbridge Health Centre, Uxbridge and Eastcote Health Centre, Eastcote). Please note these are for simple GP appointment access if you have more complex needs such as referrals we would recommend seeing your usual GP. Unfortunately, these special appointments are not available online. Please ask at reception for further details.
