If they seem very unwell, are getting worse or you think there's something seriously wrong, call 999.

In case of urgent problems i.e. the medical condition cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please ring 0208 756 4388 and follow the instruction given on how to contact the Out of Hours Service.
Please note that this is not an emergency service.
Dial 111 when you need medical help fast but its not a 999 emergency. Available to patients living in the London Borough of Hillingdon if you live outside this area please contact NHS Direct.
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
NHS 999 (Emergency Only)
In case of an EMERGENCY dial 999 and request for an ambulance.
Accident & Emergency Departments are available at, Hillingdon Hospital, Ealing Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital. For some patients Northwick Park or Ealing Hospital may be closer.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
